Repair Authorization
Customers authorize repairs by signing a Repair Order or otherwise approving estimates provided by The Gear Shop LLC.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Vehicles may be subject to applicable mechanic’s lien rights as permitted by Texas law until payment has been received.
Customer Communications
Customers who provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS communications may receive text messages regarding:
